Edward's Story
" A few years ago I was 320lbs and depressed. I would be at the drive-thru at least four nights a week spending nearly, if not more than, $20 worth of soda and food. I would get to my apartment, sit down in front of the TV, watch the Food Network, and gorge myself. All the blood would rush to my guts and I felt better, 30 minutes later I would be right back where I started, depressed and overweight. One day I hit rock bottom and my life had to change. Long story short, my friend and mentor Rick and I got into a discussion about my desire to lose weight. He told me about how he maintains his physique and how I can do it to.
I started that very night and the pounds started to drop. I hit my first plateau. At the time, Jobi was my Tae Kwon Do student and he offered to help me. Since then, I have lost nearly 100lbs and Jobi has been helping me through all my ups and downs. Jobi is not only my trainer, but is my friend, mentor, and brother. I have lost over 50lbs since partnering with Jobi, my strength and over all fitness have skyrocketed. I cannot thank Jobi and Rick enough for the impact they have made in my life along with all my friends and family who have supported me along my journey. I’m not done yet, but Jobi, Rick, and my friends and family will be there every step of the way till I reach my goal. " - Edward Kwak
